                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                  RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM KATIE WHITE, RELATIVE TO
                  CONTRACT NO. RW-5-96, NORTH CHAMBERLAIN
                  AVENUE, TRACT NO. 13, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                  ONE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS ($160.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way from Katie White, relative to Contract 

       No. RW-5-96, North Chamberlain Avenue, Tract No. 13, for a
       consideration of $160.00.
